Document Management Software

When your files have been scanned you will need to use a document management system to view and manage them.

If you already have a document management system the chances are we will be able to import the scanned images, with indexing, directly. For those systems that Kodak output does not support we have worked with various DMS suppliers to develop a very simple piece of code to allow high speed batch importing. If you do not have a preferred DMS On Site Scanning offers two alternatives:

Free Kodak Find and View Software

This free software is an excellent solution to archiving files. The simple user interface allows for viewing of up to 36 images at one time with retrieval through effective indexing criteria. It is a simple but effective viewing software .

Genisys Document Management Software
