We had four main goals for this project, and they were to free up space within GP practices by removing bulky physical records. To help Improve access to patient information for clinical teams, and to standardise digitisation across the ICB to meet NHS England directives, and ensure compliance with GDPR and national data protection standards.

- Upload to the NHS England National Document Repository (NDR) – For practices looking to future-proof their data management strategy, OSS supports direct upload to the NHS England NDR, aligning with national objectives for centralised and secure health records management.
